About

In 2013, Juan Pablo started yoga for the physical aspect of the practice. He wanted to change his workout routine while increasing his flexibility. Very quickly he discovered a passion that went beyond the physical realm. Little by little, he started feeling the mental and spiritual benefits as well.

To deepen his practice, he completed a Vinyasa teacher training at Luna Yoga and a Yoga Tune Up® teacher training in 2016. Juan Pablo now wants to share these benefits.

His classes aim to help us know ourselves better while respecting our limits. When he's not on his mat, Juan Pablo's interests are the arts and technology. And whenever he gets the chance, he likes to get away and travel to practice his favorite type of meditation, scuba diving.

Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P's:

It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of yoga, Corrective Exercise, Self-Massage, and Breath Strategies. By helping to identify and target your "body blind spots"; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns.

Private classes designed to fit your needs. Either one on one meetings or up to 4 participants.

Corporate classes

Classes tailored to help increase energy and productivity while reducing stress. Practices include yoga, breathing, meditation and movement. Yoga Tune Up® classes are also offered to your employes to give them the tools to have a better posture and to take care of their well being.
